Orders will be processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received and the order has been verified. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at the time of purchase. Botanica Florist will not issue refunds for orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. If a resend is requested, it will be at the customer’s full expense.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, a refund will be issued minus a $15 administrative fee, provided that cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will incur a charge of 50% of the total order value. Orders that have already been prepared and handed over to the courier cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Process
- Online and phone orders will be refunded to the original credit card used for purchase.
- In-store purchases can be refunded to the original credit card or via EFTPOS.
- For cash purchases, refunds will be issued as a store voucher for the same amount paid.

Botanica Florist offers same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday). If you made the order after the specified time, you will receive your order the next business day.
While we strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Public Holidays
Botanica Florist is closed on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be delivered on the next business day.
Seasonality & Availability
At Botanica Florist, we strive to provide the freshest flowers, plants, and hamper items; however, availability is subject to seasonal changes and market supply on the day of delivery. While we make every effort to match your selected flowers and products, substitutions may be necessary.

Flower Care & Longevity
With proper care, your flowers can last between 4-7 days. Follow these five steps to help extend their freshness:
Trim the stems at an angle under running water as soon as you receive them and place them in a vase with fresh water.
Get a new vase and add fresh water to it.
Add half of the provided flower food to the vase.
Monitor water levels and change the water every two days, adding the remaining flower food.
Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and air-conditioning.
Freshness Guarantee
If your flowers do not last at least three days, please notify us within this timeframe by calling 02 42838233 or emailing ——– We may request photos of the original flowers and, in some cases, arrange a collection for quality assessment. Please note that we cannot replace flowers if the originals have been disposed of or if images are unavailable.
